Responsible for Overall Account Management: Single point of contact to customer from Wipro. Liaise with different stake holders in ITT, business and internal Wipro teams. Ensure Service Delivery Excellence: Plan and execute different projects. Responsible for schedule and quality of all deliverables. Responsible for implementing overall process standardization: Ensure the quality and development processes are harmonized and followed. Pave path for continuous improvement: Improve the productivity by implementing Lean and ensure value adds to customer. Identify the pain areas and propose solutions to address these. SLA Management: Implement and make sure the services are delivered as per the agreed SLAs. Responsible for overall resource management (Onsite and Offshore): Manage the demand and competency of the resources required for the customer. Report and drive management meetings: Chair and facilitate various meetings with the stake holders. Vision and Road map development: Assist and advice customer to develop the road map for the future evolution of the IT systems, which are suitable to the unique UN business processes. Maintain and enhance the ERP, CRM and digital content management systems used by WHO and its sister organizations like UNAIDS, UNITAID, IARC and UNICC. Working knowledge of Grants management, commitment accounting for non-Profit organizations. Understanding of UN specific benefits and entitlements set by International Civil Service Commission (ICSC) and experience with implementing the required system changes. Experience with legacy record management applications like iRIMS and migration to digital content management systems. Experience of implementing IPSAS for public sector organizations. Design and develop various reports and dashboards required for world health assembly and other important global events at WHO. Assist WHO team during various audits like Joint inspection unit of UN (JIU) and help address the feedback by providing IT specific solutions. Facilitate process and system optimization workshops between different UN organizations on UN specific Pension, Procurement, travel, Recruitment and on-boarding processes. Understanding of WHO reforms and provide impact assessment on the existing ERP and CRM systems. Understanding of WHO specific emergency procedures related to global health outbreaks and provided the required IT systems support.
