ROLE PURPOSE Manage the complete administration process for allocated ocean going vessels and related documentation tasks accurately ACCOUNTABILITIES Preparation of laytime statements and demurrage/despatch Calculation of forward estimate costs for each vessel Vessel reconciliations Final hire statements Collection of outstanding monies owing in respect to Quadra cargoes under CFR shipments Preparation of freight remittance/invoices for hire payments File & database maintenance Ongoing liaison with customers KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Supply Chain Global Trading Commercial Managers of Global Sales and Marketing Logistics Marketing desks and Trading Division External parties POSITION CAPABILITY PROFILE Client Focus, Communication, Team Orientation, Problem Solving, Organising, Decision Making, Change Orientation, Information, Taking Ownership QUALIFICATIONS Essential At least three years experience in Post Fixture work At least three years experience in Shipping/Logistics University Diploma Fluent in Spanish and English (written & spoken) Port agency experience - IN & EX port Argentina Experience with soft commodities Desirable Tertiary education in transport/logistics Super cargo experience Hold cleaning experience Qualified applicants should send their English CV, cover letter and references by e-mail proving matched capabilities and qualifications.
