Missions Organiser et structurer les processus de contrôle de gestion pour le groupe. Comptabilité, gestion financière de l'entreprise, clôture mensuel et annuel sous le système comptable de la Suisse et la Chine. Analyser P&L de l'entreprise, présenter la situation financière de l'entreprise en manière de reporting. Suivi et surveiller les créances fournisseurs et clients de l'entreprise, assurer et améliorer le flux trésorerie de l'entreprise. Communiquer et collaborer avec le groupe financier de la société mère, améliore le résultat de l'entreprise par une optimisation des coûts sous la demande de la société mère. Définir et organiser le processus budgétaire ainsi que les forecasts. Donner une supervision de la rentabilité, l'efficacité au directeur générale par une analyse des indicateurs de l'entreprise. Organiser et réaliser des réunions avec les hiérarchies de la société mère pour rendre compte des états financiers de l'entreprise. Compétences requise: Master en Finance/Gestion Bon niveau d'Excel, Access, Powerpoint Organisé et autonome, forte compétence en communication, en gestion des réunions Maîtrise du chinois, français et anglais (parler et écrire) Capable de travail dans un environnement multi-emplacement, multiculturels Compétences particulières: Connaissance du system comptabilité et le régime fiscal de l'Union Européen, Suisse et Chine. Savoir utiliser le logiciel Kingdee et avoir une connaissance sur SAP Expérience avec les entreprises chinoise, notamment la culture de travail et le style de travail Expérience de travail pour la société de la médecine traditionnelle chinoise Développer des relations extérieures, représenter l'entreprise pour les autorités fiscales Capable de créer une transparence des informations financières pour non seulement l'entreprise et sa société mère mais aussi ses filiales.
