Thus, Credit Suisse Private Banking Israel/ CEE/ Russia/Central Asia is looking for a highly qualified candidates for the HNWI/UHNWI segment with a strong network and knowledge of the covered market and fulfilling any of the below mentioned profiles : Relationship Manager/RM Team Leader Wealth Planner Investment Consultant Working as a one of our key team players we offer : A challenging front - office role as senior partner in managing client relationships, providing comprehensive advice and a broad range of investment products and services tailored to the complex needs of high-net-worth individuals whilst working toward specific individual, team and market asset and revenue targets Market leading products, tailored solutions and services supported by a holistic advisory approach for high and ultra-high net worth clients Best-in-class specialist knowledge and product expertise in developing solutions for clients in the creation, management and transfer of their wealth Reputation as an agile and entrepreneurial world class Swiss Private Bank and the opportunity to serve as a brand ambassador Integrated “OneBank” business model which fosters collaboration between internal divisions, teams and specialists to deliver cross selling opportunities, especially between Investment Banking and Private Banking Continuous professional career development in a world leading bank You Offer : Outstanding industry personal and professional network within HNWI/UHNWI for the relevant market to support our growth strategy and to push the development agenda for revenue, NNA and SGC (Single Global Currency) Proven track record of relevant experience in a client acquisition and management of wealth for clients Depending on the seniority of the role to be filled, the years of experience required in one of the roles for Israel/ CEE/ Russia/Central Asia markets will vary starting from 3-5 years for a junior role reaching up to 7 years or more for a senior position Strong financial product and technical competence in the understanding, development and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions to clients including the digital banking solutions First class presentation and communication skills; able to listen, guide and influence internal and external stakeholders Drive and motivation to work in a target driven and high performance culture Entrepreneurial and innovative approach in the identification of business opportunities Highest professional work ethic and standards, decisiveness, innovative thinking and ability to cope under pressure High level of professional and personal integrity and compliance standards ensuring all work activities are performed in line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies For the team leader role: ability to hire and build a high performing team; to manage the team dynamics, to mentor, coach and motivate Relationship Managers, thereby supporting their professional development; capability to lead and inspire people MBA or degree from a university or an institute of higher education Fluency in English as well as in the native language spoken by the clients to be covered for the Israel/ CEE/ Russia/Central Asia markets
