Basic Function Elected by the General Assembly, serves as the chairman of Executive Committee and General Assembly as well as the Managing Director and recommends and supervises the formulation of plans and policies. Plans, organizes and coordinates the staff, programs and activities to achieve the organizational objectives. Implements the programs decided by the Executive Committee and General Assembly to fulfill the requirements of members. Establishes international cooperation to expand the scope of organizational endeavors. Responsibilities and duties Attends all meetings of General Assembly and Executive Committee and keeps them fully informed of the conditions and operations of the organization. Presents the draft of Budget and Planning during the Executive Committee meeting and executes their decisions. Establishes a sound organization structure for headquarters' office. Recruits, hires, encourages and trains the headquarters' staff. Defines their duties, establishes performance standards and directs them on the execution of Committee decisions and recommendations within the annual budget. Appoints Directors and Treasurer to manage the financial programs and facilitate organizational functions. Signs the legal documents of the organization for accreditation. Seals and executes memorandum of understanding with other organizations considering the objectives and mission of the organization. Promotes interest and active participation of members in the activities of the organization and reports activities of the members through the communications media of the organization. Delivers speech during the international events. Responsible for the planning, promotion and administration of all official meetings of the organization. Plans and executes all communications to the general membership which include newsletters, magazine, general report and publications Offers the required support to the members to carry out their duties properly Manages the finance of the organization with the help of Treasurer. Education and Degrees Master's degree or higher obtained from an accredited University Accredited certificate obtained from an international organization organizations in the field of Intellectual Property A national patent or more and PCT International Medal from accredited invention competitions Executive Records International activity in the field of Intellectual Property Executive Committee Member of International Federation of Inventors' Associations (IFIA) Participation in International Invention Exhibition and related events Establish and manage national invention association
