Answer via email and telephone of the diverse queries received from candidates and recruits across our 21 Member States and beyond. Coordinate and manage the Volontaires Internationaux en Administration (VIA) programme: manage administrative formalities and ensure consistency with CERN processes and procedures. According to the calendar of application deadlines for programmes, perform the validation of the electronic applications for the Student and Fellow candidates, verifying eligibility and documents provided. Assist in promoting CERN opportunities as required. Contribute to improving and streamlining administrative processes and take part in ad hoc team projects as required. Carry out ad hoc administrative actions related to the group. Technical certificate in the field of administration, and professional training in the field of secretarial and administrative methods, or equivalent Experience of a variety of administrative and secretarial support tasks, preferably in a HR related field Experience with the use of different social and professional media channels and tools Customer service Secretarial service Text editing and proof-reading Use of Office software packages: including good knowledge, practice and understanding of social and professional media and tools.
