As a Marketing Manager at Melexis, you are expected to successfully introduce products into the market and generate profitable growth within a specified product family. For this purpose you will: •Ensure all relevant analysis in order to enable the best positioning and strategy of the product line in the market •Build the business case, create strong relationships with customers and act as a customer representative within the organization during the entire development phase of the products •provide relevant material to both internal stakeholders and customers in order to guarantee a successful product roll-out •Maximize the success of the product line: support Sales field work, support Sales in quoting and define pricing, make sure the Product Strategy document is in sync with the market dynamics, develop relationships with relevant stakeholders analyze performances, document risks and problems and identify critical parameters •Make sure a discontinuance plan is made and the appropriate notification towards the stakeholders gets executed Your profile •Master/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering •Minimum 10 years experience in the semi-conductor industry for the automotive market in technical and business oriented positions •Experience of MEMS products •Familiar with Tire Pressure Monitoring System •Basic understanding of IC design process •Asia business experience •Strong customer and service orientation •Organized and dynamic personality •Excellent command of English Contact : Caroline Heid, cah (at) melexis.com Description de poste: https://melexis.csod.com/ats/careersite/JobDetails.aspx?id=46
