The Company LEMURIA ALLIANCE SA is a Swiss based company with international exposer that specializes in investment analysis and corporate governance services for UHNW individuals. Job Description: The 100% position will be based in Geneva within an international team and supporting the Companys external asset management business. The successful candidate will also have to fill the position of BOD Member for the Companys group. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the implementation of the Companys compliance programs; Development, review and drafting of compliance policies and procedures; Development of training and monitoring programs to ensure compliance; Evaluating and mitigating compliance, legal and regulatory risk in connection with new and existing investments; Working with external counsel to monitor and implement responses to regulatory actions that impact the Company; and Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Corporate Compliance Committee of the Board and senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts. Skills & Experience required: Director-level experience; Experience with holding positions as BOD member of bio-tech companies or medical companies; Educated at Master level, ideally in the field of international affairs, economics or related; Experience in dealing and understanding the corporate structure of multinational organizations; Experience and understanding of bio-tech industry and new technologies; Director experience or senior trust manager, experience with structuring of private equity investments, or have hold positions in investment committees for bio-tech companies Highly appreciated ARIF or STEP training; Multilingual: Fluent in English, Russian and French and high plus for Romanian and Hebrew Passionate about understanding clients businesses and developing effective and innovative solutions
