Vos missions : - Prise en charge des patients d'une unité de soins intensifs médico-chirurgicaux de 10 lits en collaboration et sous supervision des médecins cadres des soins intensifs - Supervision et formation des médecins assistants - Participation à la réorganisation dynamique du service avec fusion de 2 équipes - Participation aux tournus de garde - Possibilité d'une rotation en médecine interne, si souhaité Votre profil : - Diplôme de médecin suisse ou européen - Titre de spécialiste en médecine intensive, interne générale ou anesthésie, ou titre jugé équivalent; le cas échéant projet de formation FMH en médecine intensive ou intérêt particulier pour les soins intensifs dans le cadre d'une autre formation - Expérience de 4-5 ans en médecine hospitalière, comprenant une expérience de 6 mois minimum en milieu de soins intensifs - Expérience en tant que chef de clinique, un atout Vos compétences : - Engagement personnel et sens des responsabilités - Aisance dans les relations multi et interdisciplinaires - Flexibilité et bonnes capacités d'adaptation - Autonomie, capacité de décision et de mise en uvre
