Main responsibilities: Take care of the administration of the association; Manage general incoming mails, process a part and resend to relevant persons; Database of members in constant update with status of members and payments; Invoicing and follow up of payments; Bookshop management, inventory, sales and shipping. Library organisation and management; Web upload of relevant documents and database; Follow up of incoming outgoing payments; Bank Statements; Accounting preparation and daily follow up; Official accounts to the relevant Swiss administrations; Personnel information and relation with administrations; Office management; Association events assistance and follow up. Available for international travel for symposia and/or meetings (once or twice per year). Support to the Secretary General in accounting and administrative matters. Required experience and skills: minimum education level: bachelor's degree or equivalent; Administration and accounting experience with Swiss law; Web management; Data base management, Filemaker and web databases; French mother tongue or equivalent; good knowledge of English; experienced, proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); IT skills. Required profile: detail-and accuracy-oriented; diligent; conscientious; organized; proactive; positive attitude; team player; able to work independently; able to meet deadlines; able to handle several responsibilities in parallel; high degree of flexibility, in particular the ability to learn new tasks and software and willingness to take on additional tasks when necessary. The following additional skills/knowledge would be assets: technical editing experience; communications experience/training; website administration experience/training; IT management of the computers of the association; other languages.
